Re: Industry Survey to Funeral Homes

Recently, WMA conducted a direct mail campaign to solicit feedback from funeral homes in the US and Canada regarding Wilbert products and services.
The postcard mailer directed participants to an online survey where a series of questions were asked.
We are pleased to announce that we received above average participation in the survey, and the results speak volumes. Wilbert Vault scored above average on quality, and time and time again, local franchises were recognized and appreciated. We also have a better understanding of areas in which to improve or to re-evaluate.
The links below will take you to pie chart pdfs summarizing the results from the three audiences. You may remember flagging an XLS spreadsheet, marking your accounts as Customer, Prospect, or Unknown (accounts unmarked or marked as unknown were sent the general survey). Each audience was asked a specific set of questions.
